Who is responsible

The data controller is Andrei Barannikov, an individual based in Valencia, Spain, operating this website under the name “AB Data Solutions”. For privacy questions use sales@abds.io or the contact form.

What this site collects

Browsing the public pages does not require an account. The host (Cloudflare) receives the usual technical data any website receives: IP address, date and time, requested URL, and browser type. That is used to serve the site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults — not to build advertising profiles.

If you use the contact form, we also receive what you type: name, work email, company, country, role (optional), reason for contact, and what you would like to discuss. That is only used to reply to your inquiry about the product or advisory services. We send a short acknowledgement to the work email you provided so you know the message arrived.

Why we process it (legal bases)

• Contact form — to take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): you asked us a question; we need your details to answer.
• Security — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Cloudflare Turnstile confirms the sender is human before the form is emailed.
• Hosting logs — legitimate interests: running and protecting the website.

We do not use the contact form for newsletters or ads. There is no “share my data with partners” checkbox.

Who sees the data

Andrei Barannikov reads inquiries in the sales@abds.io inbox.

Processors who may see data only to provide their service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, HTTPS, Turnstile, and the contact-form Function. Sign their Data Processing Addendum in the Cloudflare dashboard.
• Resend — delivers the form message to the sales@abds.io inbox, and sends a short acknowledgement to the work email you typed. Messages are not stored in a website database. Sign Resend’s DPA in their dashboard. Resend is a US company; transfers rely on their DPA and standard contractual clauses.

Cloudflare is a US company. Transfers outside the EEA rely on their DPA and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Form messages are not stored in a website database. They arrive as email. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then delete or archive it — as a rule, no longer than 12 months after the last reply, unless we must keep it longer for a contract or a legal claim.

Server logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for security (typically days to a few weeks).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you can complain to the Spanish AEPD (or your local EU supervisory authority). Email sales@abds.io. We will need enough information to find your message (usually the email you used).

Cookies

This marketing site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is configured to avoid advertising tracking; it may still use a short-lived technical token to confirm you are human. If we later add optional analytics, we will update this notice and only load it with a proper choice.
